  • Custom or personalized orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for preparation.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

3. DDP Shipping (Delivered Duty Paid)

All orders from MARSRUT are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means:

  • All customs duties, import taxes, and fees are included in your order total.
  • No surprise charges upon delivery — the price you pay at checkout is the final price.
  • We handle all customs documentation and clearance on your behalf.

This ensures a hassle-free shopping experience for our international customers.

5. Amazon FBA Support Services

For business customers and resellers, MARSRUT offers Amazon FBA preparation and shipping services:

  • Label Application: We apply Amazon-compliant FNSKU labels and shipping labels to your products.
  • Prep & Packaging: Products are prepared according to Amazon FBA requirements (poly bagging, bubble wrapping, etc.).
  • Direct Warehouse Shipping: We ship your inventory directly to Amazon fulfillment centers on your behalf.
  • Compliance: All shipments meet Amazon’s packaging and labeling guidelines.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Use this number to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on local regulations.
  • Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may experience slight delays.

8. Missing, Damaged, or Lost Packages

If your package is lost, damaged, or missing, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Lost Package: If your package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
  • Damaged Item: If your item arrives damaged, please email marsrut.pte.ltd@gmail.com with photos of the damage within 7 days of receipt.
  • Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, contact us and we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
